Okay as far as apartments go but definitely not luxury living I wish there was better enforcement over the recycling getting sorted properly because there is invariably garbage mixed in every time I go to throw out my recycling which means that it's likely headed to the landfill instead of a recycling facility. The exit that goes out to Scholls Ferry is also a hazard. There should be all-way stop signs there because people are always driving too quickly, and I can't the amount of times I've... almost witnessed an accident.
