Great place to live!!
I don’t understand the poor review at all. These are definitely the best places I’ve ever lived and I am planning on staying here until I relocate for work. The neighbors are friendly, it’s a quiet community, the rent is very reasonable (where can you get that in West Linn), they allow pets, and the units have a small yard. Also, there’s an attic where I can store all my stuff. The manager is onsite and is very relaxed and incredibly accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this... place.

Awesome Place to Live!
I don't understand the bad review...we have NONE of those issues, including the "required" rent increases. We have been here for 3 years now and have only had our rent increase slightly, and NOT with every lease signing. The manager is very accessible and the ONE time we had an issue with maintenance, it was being fixed that very day. Yes, the building was built in the 70s. No one is trying to hide that fact. But you would never know on the inside. Why would you move in to a place that had all... those "issues"? I am sure that the things being complained about were there when you viewed the place. Seems odd to complain after moving in. The manager here is literally the coolest and most responsive landlord I have ever had, so maybe you didn't reach out?

You get what you pay for.
These apartments are old and the design is as such. Plastic covers over shower stalls, rusted out sinks, worn out carpets, low water pressure, and, inadequate attic insulation to name a few.
Princeton Property Management has a rule to raise the rent at the end of EVERY lease, even if you rent short time or long, the rent ALWAYS increases. As does the rate for water, sewer, and garbage. For a one bed unit tack on another $77 per month for those fees.
The units are quiet though. They do... allow pets but keep in mind they do not replace the carpet after previous tenants leave. My unit was rented out with tears.
