Beautiful Community
The Charbonneau community is a beautiful and quiet area that has a lot of greenery throughout. The community itself has a lovely little pond in the center and is great to walk around especially in the warmer months (although it’s almost just as pretty in the winter). Staff are nice and maintenance is helpful when needed.

Love it here
Great place to live! Grounds are always well-kept, it is quiet, and has nice areas for dog-walking. Maintenance is very prompt. Great staff. So glad I chose Haven!

Beautiful Place to Call Home
Absolutely beautiful property and spacious apartments. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We have lived here over a year and have truly enjoyed our experience. Haven is a great place to live!

Haven at Charbonneau
This is such a unique part of Wilsonville and it is so peaceful living here at the Haven. Gigi and all the management personnel are great. Gigi is always friendly and helpful and so efficient. Any time I have had any maintenance request, Gigi has sent Trevor and Anthony to the apartment and both of them are very efficient and professional.
I recommend this lovely place to anyone looking to live in Portland.

Haven Apartments AMAZING
Not only is it a beautiful and lovely place. The community is quiet and in an amazing area, tucked back in its own district. The staff is friendly, the apartments themselves are kept up very nicely as well.
