How Is This Rating Determined?

1 Bedroom 5th floor

Not so bad. But the fifth floor is very hot. The air conditioner is on most of the time, unless it is ver cold outside and I can open a window. Close to grocery stores, doctors, hospital, etc. Lots of fast food and restaurants.
