They don't fix the washers and dryers. They don't apply the rules of peace and quiet when tenants are reported for the disturbance. Outside maintenance is poor as well as the trash schedule for pick up. Management has poor customer service.

I've had so many problems, be it plumbing, electric, and three apartment itself. My plumbing goes every couple months and maintenance takes days to come fix it. I had no water for days. I've had them here 4 times over one outlet. Neighbors are mostly old people so they're nosy, and complain about anything. They treat it like a gated community, when the apartments are below average at best. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Vents are all connected. Worst apartments I've had the misfortune of... staying in.

Although this place may seem perfect on the outside, it is awful. The people who work in the leasing office are incompetent and unhelpful when it comes to any problem. Our smoke alarms were never checked before we moved in causing us to be in great danger of anything happening. The maintenance department has no clue what they are talking about. We submitted a maintenance request for our tub/shower because the paint is chipping and there are cracks in the walls, no response from the office. Our... fridge drawers continue to fill up with water everyday and we received no explanation from maintenance. and it still has yet to be fixed. The floor boards creek every night making it sound like someone is in the apartment. One of the bedrooms doesn't even come with a ceiling fan or any type of light in there. The office doesn't explain to you how to use the heat, and there are only 2 wall AC units in an 850 sq. unit put on two opposite ends of the apartment making it very hot during the summer months. The people who live here are incredibly rude and not to mention, hearing the garbage truck from the diner across the street every morning sucks as well. The maintenance department can key into your apartment at any time. They even came in while my roommate and I were sleeping and rudely woke us up. The water company has charged us extra every month and the office refuses to do anything about it. They also raise the rent price 4% for every year you continue to live here. We have only been here 3 months and already can not wait to leave.I do not recommend for any college students, save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere,
If ever in the leasing office, don't ever ask for Holly.

First they changed the date of my contract to try to keep me there and extra month. It didn't work, so they decided to charge me $500 for a nail polish again the size of the tip of my pinky finger on the living room carpet. We offered to hire a carpet cleaner and they said "it's too late we already told the contractors they could spill stuff on the rug because you're replacing it anyway." When arguing can't you just replace the living room then, they said no we are replacing the whole apartment.... They are idiots. Save yourself the aggravation they suck you dry of money.

Don't bother looking at any Westover owned apartment complex. Especially Concord Court. The reviews look nice on their website because they are submitted and hand picked as to what they post. The leasing office staff is incredibly rude and inefficient. The maintenance department can't fix a door knob. The walls and ceilings feel as if one day they may implode on you. Don't waste your time. Talk to a few people who live there before you decide to sign a lease. I'm sure they will tell you the same... thing. Pathetic apartment complex. Pathetic employees, and even more pathetic corporate offices.

Property Manager at Concord Court Apartments responded to this review
After purchasing this property several years ago, new roofs were installed on all of the buildings. Because of this, some apartments experienced the nails popping in the ceilings. If this was brought to our attention, we had the apartment inspected... and the problem resolved. Each apartment is inspected yearly to ensure that they pass the universal building code. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
