Mother used to live here

Just say no to this one. You are not able to control your own a/c and heat. The maintenance crew turned off the a/c to the whole building over long a holiday week (way too soon). We sat with my mom when she was in hospice there in 90 degree temperature. What an awful way to die & we were all sickened by the oppressive heat.
