Terrible

The maintenance are lazy and do the least amount of work as possible. They are always chatting with one another and sitting around. They will leave with things still broken or do a completely sloppy job. I moved in last year and my apartment was not freshly painted, the rugs were not cleaned...I was told someone else recently moved out but that means nothing - they should have refreshed it. You can see the spackle with no fresh paint over it and it was all very sloppy. You can smell the... previous tenants pet still on the rug and they did the minimal possible to make it look clean. The exterior of the buildings look old and you can literally hear your neighbor sneeze. It seems like everyone smokes so you smell not only your neighbor's smoke but all of the management on the property are smoking too, while they are supposedly "updating" the new apartments. Cigarettes everywhere on the ground at the property and most of them belong to the lazy maintenance team. Management clearly does not monitor this property. Gross. Look ANYWHERE else because there are plenty of apartment buildings that no longer allow smoking. This place needs a makeover.

Moved from a 2 story colonial after 33 years, to a 2 bedroom apartment.

We have not regretted our move last year, to this lovely apartment and townhouse complex nestled in a wooded area close to everything in Bethlehem. We made the decision to downsize after raising our family in a large home. We love how quiet and quaint our living area is We enjoy our morning coffee on the back deck which looks out to pine trees filled with birds who sing daily. We enjoy the pool area and playground when the grandchildren come to visit. There are grills available in an open space... for you to use, which can really come in handy. You can walk for miles around the area and enjoy seeing deer frolicking in the open areas. There is a Community Garden across the street that you can rent if you like to do that sort of thing, which is not part of Bridle Path, but Monocacy Farm Project close by.
So far our neighbors have been respectful of their place and are not loud or disruptive...which was important to us when we looked for a place. You will love it here, too!
