We love living at Felson. The apartment is great and location is ideal. I particularly enjoy the kitchen - lots of storage and counter space.

After looking at a few different apartment’s in the area, The Felson met all of our requirements. It had by far the biggest kitchen out of all the apartments we toured. We loved that they offered a heated parking garage with EV charging. All of our neighbors that we have met have been very welcoming. We are very happy with our decision.

It has been a great experience. I love the apartment community and most of the tenants are very friendly. The complex has a lot of amenities. I chose this because of the vicinity to major highways and PA Turnpike with abundant shopping and services close by.

This is a beautiful community wonderful clubhouse and work out facility. It’s close to major shopping and the interstate. BUT a few things I wish were different the walls seems a bit thin I can hear my neighbors talking in my apartment. The fixtures and bathroom mirrors seem a tad low end. Not sure if it’s a Florida thing but there is no A/C vents in the bathrooms .
