Hilltop Apartments

This place has been run by so many different management companies. Recently another management company just bought it and they are just as bad as all the other management companies we have had. The property manager is so rude and always in a bad mood and very unwilling to help when you ask any questions. Do not rent at this place run. Such a horrible place and there are so many shootings they are always on the news.

Ive lived here for over 15 years. This property has had so many different owners and has been neglected over the years. They just sold again this year and the new company seems to be fixing some of the problems that were left behind. They have their hands full but at least they are trying. They fixed the road that was not done in many years and going to put up cameras soon for our safety. From what I’ve heard they are so busy fixing all the neglected things that the previous owners left behind.... I hope that they start getting rid of the bad apples that give this property a bad name. I have a one bed room apt. Great living room space for one child, nice kitchen , decent space in the bathroom and great huge space in the bedroom. The apt is painted all white, furniture is to die for.
