Rent Increases 3x in one year
Rent increased 3 times this year alone. Plus they were very scummy in wrapping garbage fees back into rent, to then turn around and take away curbside pickup and install one set of dumpsters across the complex. It is not going to be convenient for older and disabled individuals, especially in the winter months in the area. The landlord is also extremely rude and disrespectful when you try to reach out, she complains about how you contacted her during the weekend when there was an issue.

Stay away... has rats, mold issues and a whole lot of other crap they’re good at hiding about!

Avoid this place!
I can not believe someone in Real Estate business can be so impolite. I had to call the office several times to find the property manager (Julie) to find out about their availability in Belle Village townhomes. She was supper rude on the phone. The property by itself is in good shape but I am not renting a place that has a bad management.

Belle Village Apartments
For the price, these are decent apartments, kitchens are quite large, although the bedrooms are a bit small, and repairs are not really done....been here for 15 years.
