What I like about this apartment, is that is tucked behind route one, near the turnpike entrance.. The layout of the apartment buildings is excellent for everyone's view of the court yard, from the large balcony thats tucked under the roof. The variety of neighbors are very kind, to one another. The kids are kind.when its nice outside, they play well outside for a few hours.. The office does a great job assisting all the apartment buildings, the repair request is handled in reasonable time.. On... 2 occasion, they did the repair while i was away, and would take a video of the problem, and repaired it right there.. I like that the gas heat,, and cooking gas is included in the rent amount, as well as the water. If there seems to be a lot of usage, they email the whole building, to make sure there isnt running water.. They do their best to keep things efficient for everyone.. Each week, they have the entire property mowed, and at times the bushes trimmed too.. When their is issues with the washer or dryer below each entry unit, they have it repaired.. I been to other apartments, but this one stands out.. You can see where the rent money is going, with the amount they do to keep it nice and comfortable for everyone.. They are rules, but reasonable rules to make it a great home for everyone.. Each unit is metered with peco.. fall, winter and spring I kept my bill at $40 to $55.. and during the 3 months of summer, it would be $115 - $140.. that's me not wasting electricity.. for a large 2 bedroom apt, that is excellent.. Again, everyone that works within this apartment, really takes pride in what they do.. If I need an apartment in the future; I would definitely return! Highly recommended.. Its close to the turnpike, close to woodhaven express; that takes you to I 95 quickly. close to philadelphia and New jersey.. Gas station mini-mart, and dunkin and wawa is a walking distance away too.. I'm going to miss this place, the staffs and my neighbors! Its been a great experience all around!

I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 years and couldn’t be happier. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly community and the attentive management team. They are always quick to address any concerns, and the grounds are always well maintained. What I appreciate most is It’s a safe, peaceful place. Whether it’s walking around the neighborhood or relaxing on my porch. I have built memories and friendships. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a long term living... option in a community that genuinely cares about its residents.
