Designated parking for each apartment with overflow parking available. Coin and credit card operated laundry facility on property. Common area with grills and picnic tables. Very Nice Place (One Bedroom, 2017)

I rented a one-bedroom apartment for just over a year here. Never had a single issue the entire time. My unit was newly renovated with all new appliances. New carpet and freshly painted. One assigned parking space with a fair amount of 'open/visitor' slots scattered throughout. The rental office was always friendly and very quick to respond to any questions. New ownership seems to be highly involved in a good way. These units are easily one of the nicer apartment options in the area.

Gettysburg West

Decent size apartments for the price. Have 1 parking space and plenty of extra spots for guesses. Picnic tables and grills for outside fun. I like the management, they work with you if you have any problems and will let maintenance know if something needs to be fixed. Monthly pest checks, even tho I never had a problem but it's good to know it's covered. Great neighbors. Been in my place for 9 yrs going in 10 yrs.
