Great Place to Live!
I have been living in Eden Roc for a few months now, and I absolutely love it here! The management is amazing, they always answer questions in a timely manner. The maintenance guy, Steve, is great! He works quick and gets the job done right. This place is very quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend living here, it is well worth it!

•Elevator Has been broken for going on 4 months ??
People on the fourth floor have to go up 8 sets of stairs. There are handicap people on the fourth floor they cannot do the steps. Management has done nothing to improve this situation. The office staff is very rude and keep tell lies.
