Mold
Mold everywhere. Couldn’t get rid of it with a $200 dehumidifier, and it was making us sick. Moved out due to the cheap, junky interior and the health issues.

DO NOT RENT HERE
The property is over-priced. Apartments with garages flood every time there is a heavy rain. Not little floods either. 2.5-3 feet deep. Management will not tell you this

Flood
Floods almost monthly. Ridiculous. Management does nothing to help the residents and nothing to prevent items in their basement from being destroyed every time it rains. We pay more for the basement/garage and can’t even use it

Flood Prone Like Crazy
ANY time it rains you’ll be greeted with a nice swimming pool in your basement/lower level. There is a creek that runs parallel to the complex and the drain pipes from your basements sit at the BOTTOM of the creek. So anytime the creeks water level rises slightly, you’re greeted with a nice flooded basement. 3 times within the last 14 months, the water has risen above our washer and dryer. My neighbor even had a car completely totaled from sitting in the basement garage. :-) And the complex... refuses to do anything to fix the problem, prevent it from happening, or help the residents affected by it. :-) they also will charge you late fees when paying rent on time. You don’t get an email when a late fee is charged and more fees are added daily. So it’s nice when you log into your resident portal ONCE A MONTH TO PAY RENT, and see all the late fees that racked up that you knew nothing about. :-) wow this place sucks.

I am on my 3rd lease. I wouldn’t move.
The property is excellently maintained. There are strict rules, but that is why the community is so nice. We have valet trash pick up, which is unheard of...you are basically spoiled. Some units have garages and lots of guest parking...mine does. I also have a deck that overlooks a stream. To the other reviewer that said it is hotter on the second floor-he doesn’t realize that warm air rises. Lol. Thin walls, yes...get to know your neighbors. Never used a dehumidifier. Actually the air is really... dry in the winter. If you don’t like neighbors, go buy a home...the pros are definitely the maintenance team. Everything gets fixed. The background and income checks keep the riff-raff out. Ok, so you don’t think I work here...the kitchen is tiny. The living room is huge, but layout is weird because if the door to the deck. The place is older, but clean. My first lease renewal increase was $9. The next 18 month lease was $68. But still a great deal that includes WiFi, all rooms have the fancy cable, snow removal, repairs, deck cleaning/painting, new windows...come on. If you owned a townhouse the fees for this would be crazy. Ok, still I sound like I work here...but I don’t. I simply have lived in many states...and have always rented. I only wish laundry wasn’t in the garage...but again...I have hook ups in MY GARAGE, I still would like a bigger kitchen though. Lol. I think this is a great place for couples, single people, college students, working professionals and older people who are not into snow removal, loud parties and lax management. I’d refer a friend or family to live here.
