Poor Business Management

After talking to the property manager two times, gathering information, I called a third time with a few more questions in mind and wanted to know what was required from my co-applicate and myself to "get the ball rolling" for a unit coming up for rent at the end of April. I never got answer to my calls or to the messages I left, asking for a call back. So, I can only perceive that this person had a prejudice against me without knowing anything about me and what I was capable of paying. VERY... POOR, JUDGEMENTAL MANAGEMENT, which is NOT in their job description. However, thanks to this person's ignorance, I found a great place to move into with respectful , professional, non-judgmental management. Thank You Lord Jesus. I can only imagine what kind of property manager this person is to the people who actually rent there.

Affordable and Good Place to Live

Staff is helpful. On-site Property manager is great and very responsive to inquiries, questions, or issues. Maintenance is also good.

Used to be great

Avoid at all costs now, used to be amazing, but not anymore. Numerous anti-tenant policies have been enacted recently, and it's only getting worse

City Living at it’s Best

The Grayco is a charming, midcentury building located in an architecturally significant part of the city. Well-maintained and quiet, the building is a short walk to coffee shops and restaurant row and other amenities too numerous to list. The building management is responsive to requests, efficient and friendly and never too busy to help. I consider myself fortunate to live in a Grayco managed apartment.

5 years I lived here

Great location. Conveniently located between midtown on downtown. Excellent management. Amazing rooftop. Apartments are high quality for the price. I will miss the grayco.
