Beautiful, spacious apartments! I have made so many new friends and feel like I have finally found my forever home. The staff are so attentive and the property manager always has a smile and takes care of everything . It is like living in a resort.

Nice place to live and the management staff are top notch and care about the tenants and the facility itself is kept up on top shape. I’ve lived here almost 9 years I believe and have had very few concerns that weren’t taken care of. Rgh

Caring, attentive staff and amazing neighbors. The management truly cares. Easy walk into town and shopping. The clubhouse and fitness center are great and give us reasons to get together with our new found friends. Makes complete sense that there is a waiting list to live here since I can’t imagine why someone would ever move out! The units are huge and open. Grateful to be living here.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 1/2 years and love it! Staff is wonderful. It's spacious, yet cozy. It feels like you are on vacation year round. I don't understand the reviews complaining about noise from neighbors. We have had several different neighbors since we moved in and other than an occasional dull noise, we can't hear anything. I highly recommend!

I have been blessed with the opportunity to reside in the Victorian Village luxury complex at Loller Academy. The units located in the historic borough of Hatboro, PA are spacious (approx 1800 sq ft) and beautiful yet cozy and the staff is amazing. The property also has a club house, a gym, a bank, restaurant and full service spa on the premises. I am disabled and can get room service from the restaurant, dispose of my trash and get my mail without leaving my building. The halls and doorways... are also wide enough to accommodate a scooter, walker or wheel chair. The staff is very attentive to all my needs and make me feel that my needs are a priority. I truly feel safe and able to function independently in this complex. And another very important feature is that my dog was allowed to move in with me. All these reasons and more is why I think Victorian Village is a excellent place to live.
