I have lived here for 6 years and have no complaints. Management and staff are always courteous and responsive. If I ever have an issue, they took care of it pretty quickly. I'm sad to leave but I just purchased my first home. Thank you for the memories!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and am very pleased with all things. Great team that can help whenever is needed, it’s quiet and peaceful. Close to things needed but off the path to enjoy a sense of home and peace.

Townsend Manor Apartments has been a great place to live. The staff is amazing and quick to reply to questions and maintenance issues that arise. The community is quiet and well maintained.

Reasonably priced for the area and modern and updated. Within a 1 mile walking distance there s a Mc Donalds, Wendy's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Gold's Gym, Chinese Restaurant, Diner, Bob Evans, Sheetz/ gas, Aroogas sports bar, Panera bread, k-mart, liquor store, weis/grocery store, gmc, post office and many more. The maintenance staff is wonderful and handle problems the same day in most instances. The area is quiet and peaceful. I can go on and on. This place is just awesome.
