The $70 amenity fee for outdated, often broken and dirty gym and pool is bad…other communities use that fee to also throw resident events and community building parties - more than once a year. The maintenance staff is great and responsive, the office staff rarely replies to emails sent.

We strive to provide a comfortable living experience for all of our residents, and we will certainly take your feedback... into consideration regarding our amenities and resident events. We do have great news that we are anticipating a brand new gym by 2026! Our $70 amenity fee also does include high speed internet with xfinity!

It’s very Quiet, they keep it pretty with regular groundskeepers but we get half the amenities and all the fees. There is a bug problem and there isn’t much community. When you say hello to residence they generally don’t respond or seem annoyed. Rent keeps going up and the value seems to be going down.

Just moved in a bit ago, so I don't have a lot of experience with the place yet, but so far everything has been great. The application process was smooth, and the management team has been helpful and responsive. My move-in experience was stress-free, and looking forward to settling in

I’m not happy with the look of the apartment I have. The carpet is cheap and my kitchen oven is from the 80s. I had maintenance come in the fix the temperature knob and they put it back on on an angle so now you have to really hold it on to turn the temperature on.
