OMNIA at Town Center Apartments

Service was exceptional. I had a lot of questions and the staff was very patient and accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I needed to move in sooner thank I planned and the staff and manager worked everything out to meet my need. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Move-in was smooth and well organized. The apartment is modern, clean, and quiet, with great access to the Town Center’s restaurants and shops. Amenities are solid and the community feels safe and professional. Management is friendly and quick to respond! The only drawback so far is the common areas could use more frequent maintenance, like the stains on hallway rugs and hallway wall/door painting. Overall, a comfortable place to live with a prime location.

Overall the move in process was good! The only issue was that I had my Verizon guy come on the weekend I moved in. No one from the management office told me that I would have to have him come during the weekday so maintenance could give him the keys he needed to set up my internet. This should have been communicated to me as a resident.

Good units layout with large closets, proximity of Wegmans and some good eataries. Kudos to the very efficient maintenance team. Too bad that there is regularly loud noise late night from the LA fitness parking, and sometimes also from upstairs neighbors. Also trash chute room and corridors can get dirty with food wastes on the floor.

The package system needs to be replaced. It is so unorganized and drives a lot of chaos. Thank you for addressing issues with the parking garage and people smoking in the building.
