Criminal History: A criminal record involving the following:
Violent crimes - Including, but not limited to simple assault, robbery, homicide, or similar offenses
Drug-Related Crimes: Including, but not limited to Trafficking or manufacturing drugs.
Property/House Crimes:Including, but not limited to Property damage, arson, burglary, or vandalism.
Sexual Offenses: Including, but not limited toCrimes requiring inclusion on the sex offender registry. Public Safety Threats, Terrorism-related offenses.
Fraud or Financial Crimes: Including, but not limited toHousing fraud, illegal subletting, check/credit card fraud, or identity theft.
