Alexandria Apartments

We have been living here since 2017 and for the first 18 months everything seemed fine. After that we have ongoing issues with work orders being incomplete and showing as completed, Mice infestation, Mold and worst of all vehicles being vandalized multiple times, today being one of them. Each time reported to the office we are told right out that nothing can be done and ALL of their cameras except the one in the office do not work. We pay our rent faithfully every month even through the pandemic... and this is my 2nd time having to go through our insurance to have vehicles fixed. No one is safe. Management is the WORST. All they care about is the rent and if you think because you pay your rent on time and never missed a payment that will get you somewhere. GUESS AGAIN. They will tell you everything will be done by month end. Which is around the 1st of the next month when your payment is due and of course you are going to pay it. However, you are still going to be waiting Like Me to have any work done because according to management, It's not urgent /important. The APT is a beautiful shell and we take care of it. Our kids enjoy going to school here and that's the only reason why we put up with the lack of service, but our patience is running thin. We don't feel safe. Management takes NO responsibilities. There has been an issue of mice across many of the units in the complex. Mice crawling into ovens, into peoples food, etc. Many have tried to complain to management but she said that it’s covid that’s causing them to get into our homes because the restaurants are closed??? All the restaurants near us are open and we’ve had mice at least 2 years before the pandemic. Please don’t move here especially if you have small children. The parking lot is unkempt with cracks, divots, and gravel. The units... are infested. Management is awful. Repairmen are useless. And we had a flasher about a year ago and it took security ages to catch him. This place is terrible. Read More

i have been here for many years. I have seen many changes like .
The maintenance order takes months to get done . they took over a year to replace air conditioner that what spewing oil and mold into my appointment and they tried to charge me to clean the mess it made and I to paint the apartment . They start a job but didn't come back to finish the work . they cannot keep maintenance workers and it took them almost two years to remove mold build up that was festering between the two apartments... . when you call about problems the tell you when your lease is up and recommend you to move and give notice in 60 days . but nothing about fixing the problem. they complain about how long your one the phone trying to resolve issues. The property cannot keep employees . The security is poor never could find them during and emergency. they also stated that i call the state just for them to take care of the mold issues . The actual apartment and location is decent for the price. The staff and security (if you can even call it that) SUCK! The maintenance crew partially fixes things when broke. The front office staff is THE WORSE, very unprofessional. Several packages went missing while I lived there. Last year my neighbors car was stolen from the vicinity . The cameras do NOT work! Please find another place! So glad I left!

The Management and Staffs of this apartment are horrible,they don't care about anybody,very rude,opportunist,and greedy.They take Advantage of people at the Least Chance they get.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.The Worse in Pennsylvania.
