A Place To Call And Feel At Home
I resided at Selma for 10 years and actually experienced anxiety when leaving. The sunken living room, two full baths, and full-size garage are but a few of the highlites.
You notice.....the nothingness of quiet. Landscaping is excellent, dogs are welcome, and there are no corner stores to attract transient passersby. Yet one of the most important things about Selma is that it is owned by an individual who cares about their property and not owned by some far-off faceless corporation.
The site... management is also very good, led by a guy willing to roll his sleeves up to get you taken care of sooner if maintenance has a full schedule. I would feel comfortable having my daughter live there. Stop by and ask Scott for a tour. You likely will love it as much as I.
