Cannot recommend

Pros:
• Good price for size of apartment
• Maintenance staff are friendly
• Large master bedroom
• Large parking lot with plenty of free parking
• Convenient location to 309, turnpike, Fort Washington, bus, train

Cons:
• Regular Pests- mice and bugs
• Lots of noise from other apartments- can hear sneezing, talking, floorboards/walking, children yelling, entrance door slamming shut, vacuuming
• Dated bathroom and kitchen
• Entrance way door falling apart
• Pattern of bad property managers, but... current one is good
• Children often play in the parking lot, yell and curse
• People smoke near the entrance doors

the kids are running in and out of the buildings and destroying property and they dont have locks on the doors to the buildings.
