While the apartments aren't top of the line, they are clean and there is a lot of space for your money. The neighbors, for the most part, are ok - sometimes a little loud but that's part of apartment living. The office staff and maintenance people are HORRIBLE. They are not kind, show no concern for their tenets and will put you through the ringer to get anything fixed. There was MAJOR flooding 2 years ago and we got the same washer & dryers that were flooded and full of creek gunk. I spent… HOURS cleaning them myself to still have my clothes smelling like creek water. They never replaced the carpets that were damaged in the flood and the already musty basements are awful. They raise rent ANNUALLY - $50.00 for "property upkeep" and I can tell you, theres no upkeep. The lawn service isnt regular, I had to shovel myself out of the garage as well as buy my own ice melt, even though this is their responsibility. The grounds aren't shareable and there isn't any place to enjoy the outside without getting in trouble. They are RUDE in the office. They're quick to ticket your car but will let others in the apartment have 6-7 cars for one unit taking up the spots.
