Don't even bother

OCF is a nightmare management company and the property is not as advertised. Stay away from 25 West if you want to keep your packages safe.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I’d give this place -5 stars if I could. For starters the building isn’t finished, none of the amenities are as advertised. Your package has a 99.99% chance of being stolen.. most likely by someone who lives in the building or knows the access codes. It’s not with the high rent at all.. STAY AWAY!

Look Elsewhere!!!

This apartment building is poorly managed. The tenants leave bags of trash on the hallway floors. The walls are dirty and the interior of the building is starting to look unkempt. Extreme theft problem, likely by the so-called security guards themselves. The apartments are not luxury. The building is not completed so there’s no lounge area or roof top space as advertised. The gym is lackluster. There are major security breaches despite having security guards who aimlessly walk throughout the... building then sit in their car to get high. Please look elsewhere. It’s not worth it the high rent.

Don’t move here

I moved in with the second round of people. I thought it was a nice. It is easy to move into, but they are being very deceitful about the amenities. The rooftop deck is not complete!! There is no doorman!!! There are not trash shoes at the end of each hall! Packages are left outside!! or stolen by other tenants! OCF will advise you to call the cops nothing will be done! Loud noises on a daily! There are people smoking marijuana!! Maintenance is horrible response time! Read your lease you will be... in charge of changing the air condition filters and lightbulbs, there’s no circulation in the apartment and second do not have windows. They put in a small fan into the wall to circulate air to the second bedroom. which you have to clean yourself very often. The windows in the master bedroom are just for show I have emails saying do not use windows for every day use and this was sent from OCf . The balconies or not stable. You cannot have anything on your balcony’s. The prices are ridiculous for 750 ft.²., the walls are not painted. It is drywall. The black paint on the sink and showers will pill because they spray paint it or painted the black decor. people allow their children to run amok in the apartment. The building is still under construction. The first floor is not done. There is always a leak and they always have to come to your apartment to check because it’s leaking down to the grocery outlet. There’s invasion of privacy even if you pay for your parking spot it is not guaranteed they will not so it is up to the tenant to call the cops to have that car towed. we have a guest in our lobby who lives here. Occasionally, a homeless guy. The elevator is always broken if you are wheelchair-bound or disabled in anyway please refrain from using this building, or relying on the elevator. The elevator was down for two weeks in the main entrance. OCF is very rude and they will tell you to read your lease and what your landlord will not fix or was up to you to fix but for charging the prices, my landlord should fix whatever is wrong with this property the building was put up too fast. It is ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else. I hope this review was helpful.
The stairway has no security cameras!! Very unsafe environment you’re paying for the area not the apartment.

Unsafe and Awful Experience

I was one of the first tenants to move into this property. We dealt with no AC, constant construction, and things that were advertised were not ready till halfway through the lease. They were greedy and needed people to move in ASAP, even though nothing was ready. There is NO security, anyone can walk into the apartment, there is a code everyone just uses, it is so scary. They have cameras that don't even work properly. It is just way too expensive for what you are getting. I loved the grocery... outlet, but there was constant noise from outside, bus stop, firetrucks, fire alarms for no reason. I wish I never signed this lease, I am now having a lot of issues moving out. It was just so unsafe and so disappointing.
