Crittenden Manor Apartments

1. The walls are EXTREMELY THIN. 2.The complex would not be clean unless you call and complain about it. 3. You will never be able to reach the maintenance man who lives in the next building over.4. Esther at rosemont management is a joke, she's rude and is very nasty towards clients. Every week, peco or somebody has to come into your unit at the last minute. These people just want your money. There is no security here, not even cameras to monitor the cars in the lot. I had an extreme... emergency and had to leave this apt, they were very rude. I could not speak to someone directly only over the phone. I explained the circumstances and ESTHER was very rude. She kept reiterating that there is nothing she can do. If i want to get out of my lease, she would have to keep the security deposit, but the lease says something different. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! The apartment was nice, but the heat would be turned off, the water would be cold. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS APT. Oh and the leasing agent will fast talk you until she gets you into that apt.
