My resident experience has been wonderful! The staff is always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any requests, making the community feel welcoming and well-managed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to giants, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily life convenient and enjoyable. The building and amenities are well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!

This is far and away the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in. Good for singles, couples, and families. Appliances in the units are top notch and maintenance requests are always quick and timely.

I absolutely love living and the Edgewater! It’s been almost a year since we moved and I have 0 complaints. All the staff is so friendly, they always keep the areas so clean, the locker room keeps organized, and also, they went above and beyond with the Resident Christmas Party! I love it here!

My partner and I have had a great experience living at Edgewater. The dog park is huge and the staff is so helpful. We love our unit and the location.
