Not great, bad area of the city
These apartments could be great but the owners have done the bare minimum of upgrades, but charge luxury apt prices. My apartment was unfinished when I moved in despite their promise to make certain repairs before hand. Also the neighborhood is terrible. My car was vandalized the first week I moved in. Other neighbors had their cars vandalized also. Windows busted with glass every where. You can’t get deliveries to your home either because people will steal them from off of your doorstep. Could... be the neighbors stealing but who really knows. This is a dangerous area.

Large rooms Quiet Location w Modern Amenities
We were approved for a 3 bedroom but currently residing in a 2bed rm that has a cute little balcony. 24 hour maintenance, It is has Tons of closet space Washer Dryer in unit and a Beautiful Well Kept Lawn. I want to thank Lauren for being so patient and helpful with this entire application process!!!!!
