Nightmare
Lived here for a year in the 15th and was miserable. During the winters it's extremely hot up there from all the floors underneath with heat rising and poor ventilation system. During summers, poor cooling system and had to have AC on full blast on 68 to even keep it at 74 from the 1 forced air unit throughout the apartment. Amenities are nice but unless you live in the penthouses it's worth half the price they list it for.
