Penn Lee Court Apartments

When I first came to see the place the lady assigned to show me the apartment was late and never showed. She asked the maintenance worker to show me apartment B-12 and promised I was seeing the apartment I would be in or one like it. This was false. I signed my lease and the day I picked up my keys the apartment I was given wasn't even the same style as the one I was shown. Also, the apartment I had seen was already rented out and the style of the apartment I am in isn't even listed as an option… on the website.
My move in date was pushed back almost two months because the apartment was not ready and when I finally moved in, it still wasn't ready nor was it clean. The toilet paper holder is glass and half broken, the shelves in the kitchen cabinet are loose, there's a hole in my wall where I can see straight through the floor in the living room and the entire complex is unclean with loud unruly neighbors at odd hours. I've called for maintenance request multiple times without a response. They also accept section 8 vouchers which I was not aware of upon moving in and specifically stated I wouldn't sign a lease for a place that did accept the vouchers and was told they didn't.
