Poor service

Hi, I am a current resident of RidgeCourt and I am living here since March 2022. My lease was automatically renewed by March this year. This said, I called the office in November that I would be leaving soon so can I extend it to only August 2023? And now as I want to leave this apartment, management is saying that I must pay 3 months' rent and, I do not have to disclose this to anyone that I paid for 3 months’ rent. For my resort, I was reading the lease and found nowhere that I must pay for 3… months. It only mentions a notice of 90 days. But now management is saying that we need 3 months' rent. This is wrong.

Mice, Poor Property Management, No Parking

Terrible management and crew service. There's no parking. The building is old and you will have mice. The exterminator that does come is absolutely horrible. The maintenance man always has an attitude.

The only pros about living here is that it's in a nice area and there's no violence. Other than that, the apartment building as a whole sucks.

Look Elsewhere

If you want to have to kill pests everyday and fight for parking, by all means live here! This complex has a serious bug problem and almost every day I am killing bug in my apartment even after exterminators come. Parking lot is small and not regulated so people park everywhere making it hard to get in and out. Management is pretty much nonexistent unless your rent payment is late. Yes the price is reasonable but there are a lot of cons to living here.

Roxborough is a walking town and how awesome to have so much within walking distance of your community,… keep in mind plenty of additional street parking when our lot is full. We agree the price is so reasonable for a completely renovated apartment with a washer and dryer! If Ridge Court isn’t for you we would love to show you one of our other six communities in Roxborough.
