How Is This Rating Determined?

Economical, cool, pleasant, spacious.

I've stayed at this apt for the past 2 years. The rent is economical when compared with neighboring areas. It's a spacious apartment with ample closet space.
Pros:
- Stone building which keeps the apt cool during the summer
- Maintanence staff is responsive and very nice.
- Ample closet space
- Septa station is (46 Market) 5 minutes by walk and the bus stop is across the street.
- Grocery store is 5 min walk away.
- Residents are friendly
Cons:
- Indoor heating is not very efficient and gas... bills shoot through the roof (this can be solved by using localized space heaters)

Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for students. If given a chance, I would stay there again.
