AVOID at all costs!!

Avoid!
It’s a headache changing rent payments, submitting maintenance requests on another app. The lobby can get disgusting.. I’ve seen dog pee in the lobby and elevator. The apartments are nice, but just got a rent increase when looking at the website the new management decrease the price for the same unit that I have!! I am wasting my money here. I’m having issues with the laundry too and leaking from bathroom. They don’t fix it fast and tell me I can’t use the dryer. Also, good look with...
parking. You pay a monthly fee and still have people park on your spot or random cars illegally parking!

So many problems living here- find somewhere better

This is the third management company to take over this building in the almost 1 year that I have lived here each of which you have to set up a new portal to pay rent etc which is annoying. Have had multiple issues with people parking in parking spaces over the months living here. At first you had to get PPA to ticket in order to tow which took hours and towing company was extremely unresponsive. In the last couple of months this has been less of an issue, and I have been able to park in my spot... which I pay for monthly. Just an fyi as there is no gate anyone at any time could park in your parking space and you are left with all the headache getting them towed. Stolen packages and the single elevator for the apartment building being broken for a month in the middle of summer also were issues I encountered. There are people who live in this building who are rude and blast music beyond quiet hours. People who live in this building also do not put trash down the trash shoot on my floor. I don't know why this is such a difficult concept you don't even have to take it outside. Which led to flies being all over the entire length of the hallway in the summer due to rotting garbage for several months. There also were months between each of the new property managers taking over where the hallways, trash rooms and the entry way was very dirty. In my experience maintenance has been completely unresponsive the entire time I have lived here. Many tenants myself included moved into brand new apartments with appliances that were malfunctioning for over 1 month. Even requests to get common areas fixed such as stuck trash shoots remain unanswered for months. If you are wondering why so many apartments have been open these are some of the reasons why. Everyone who signed year leases when I did is moving out because we are tired of dealing with these issues. Avoid the headaches that come with living here, don't sign a lease here. The location being on a Septa bus line where you can go downtown and the gym which is extremely underutilized are the only things that have been enjoyable while living here.
