Just "OK"

Living here is fine. My biggest problem is the common spaces are very dirty. The gym I don't think has been cleaned anytime in the last month, it's constantly gross especially the floors. I don't know if it's even been cleaned in the last couple months and you can tell because the floor is strewn with random debris at all times. There's no mirrors in the gym either which is weird because I feel like every gym should have a mirror so you can check your form. The carpets on all the floors are also... very dirty and stained. They just need to vacuum and they don't seem to even be able to do that. The roof is also not maintained. The furniture is constantly strewn around and 40% of the cushions are gone/missing. The apartments are pretty well insulated since it's an old building but if you have a noisy neighbor it's still pretty miserable. There is also a bit of a fruit fly problem when it's warm because they keep the dumpsters inside and they get in through various cracks or up the trash chute. I thought it was my apartment for the longest time but even after keeping any and all food out and spraying and setting traps I realized they're just in the building and I was just going to have keep the traps up all summer.

Other than that, the amenities and parking are nice. I still just think the building is very overpriced for how poorly everything is maintained. They don't have onsite cleaning staff they just have a single maintenance guy and then the front desk people are lovely and do their best but this place just needs more staff to do the little upkeep that needs to be done and they don't seem to want to hire to do that.

It's OK but should be a lot better for the high price point.
