New tenant Review
I moved in two months ago and so far, it’s been a great experience. Management is responsive, and the apartment is brand new—everything has been great.

I've lived here since the beginning, and I can honestly say the new management company has been great. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the building is consistently cleaned. I renewed my lease because you can’t beat the price.

Luxury Projects
The apartments are nice but the management is subpar they kept switching management companies and the building has only been open a little over a year. Trash everywhere, dog poop all over, cleaning is bare minimum, packages are just left in the lobby to be stolen. The parking is policy has been changed several times and they are now doing construction which is a headache. Also they charge for every little thing.
