The parking is a big problem, not enough parking spaces for tenants. Management doesn't assign parking to every apartment and during winter is an issue because when you go out you have to clean several times because other tenants take the cleaned parking space. It Doesn't have central a/c...there is no a/c in the bedroom only in living room. During winter the heat doesn't work very well and they never fix it. sometimes it takes a couple of calls to get things fixed. Maintenance guys are friendly... and the guy who work at the office. But the manager is rude...she talks to you with an attitude! The area is good. very quiet and the neighbors are friendly ans respectful.
