The community is great! It’s safe and lot of things to do nearby. The maintenance requests gets attention quickly and the staff is helpful in resolving all the issues.

the grate place to stay in carriage part apartments. the management of carriage park appartment is good. I would recommend this place to stay in all the recidents.

Everything is good. But facing problems with cockroaches
Even the carriage park teams sent pest control every alternate months,there are uncountable cockroaches seen here and there
