Poor Management

Current tenant. Lobos management runs the apartment, they have a terrible local reputation. They increase rent every year until people cannot afford. The rent is increasing but the quality of living facilities keeps going down. The washing machine on my floor is out of order all the time, and they still don't want to replace with a new one. Btw, recently they even increased the price for using that terrible washing machine. Trash chute has been shut down since last month, causing troubles to... many elders living in the apartment. It took them half a year to fix the security door, and during that period we saw strangers sleeping in the lobby. Three rooms on my floor have been unoccupied for a long time and obviously they have difficulty to find people moving in.
