Avoid

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. When moving in the apartment was filthy, with dead bugs and dirt throughout the kitchen cabinet area - not to mention that the hot water from the faucet is generally brown. The elevator was consistently broken, and the management company did not even bother to label it when it was out of order (which caused myself and several other residents to get stuck inside at different occasions). The walk is almost never shoveled when there is... snow, and we have had people kick the front door open and steal packages around Christmas.

The owners are absentee landlords - you will deal with the Lobos management company, which if you have a dispute are not understanding, often combative, and somewhat rude - and you will be talking to a lawyer, not the owner. All of the problems I outlined above were not considered "habitability" issues.

In short: Renter beware!
