- Applicants are required to complete and pass a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00.
- A deposit must be paid in the form of available funds once the application is approved in order to remove an apartment from the market.
- Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants
- Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
