The management is useless and we get insects and rodents and the maintenance team doesn’t know anything

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the time I moved, I have felt at home. The property is peaceful, well maintained and offers convenient amenities. It is a wonderful central location for all the area has to offer. The property manager Kim is responsive, professional and kind to the residents. Anytime I needed something, my request was responded to and fixed immediately. Sad to leave due to relocation! A truly pleasant experience.

This place is horrific. I have been stood up, more than twice, for a walkthrough appointment and explained that I'm not local to the area. After asking for a phone number to call someone on a Saturday, I was left standing outside of their leasing office on a Saturday morning. They have boarded up windows on some units and their maintenance team doesn't even answer / assist you during "emergencies." I'd recommend not wasting your time. Look elsewhere. There's a reason why they have such bad... reviews

If you love animals and friendly people, this is the place. There are tons of dogs and very kind neighbors. The staff is always helpful and fast. I would suggest this apartment complex for anyone.
