Nice apartment

We loved living there. Everyone was very nice. Only reason we moved was we needed more space since we were having another baby.

This is home

I have lived here for 4+ years and have no intention leaving. I have lived in an apartment all my adult life, but living here has been the best. Rent increases are reasonable, trash is collected 3 times a week, landscaping is beautiful, no critters, maintenance is timely and management is always accessible. I love it here!

Quiet Place

I have lived here since July. I have a basement apartment. I love my apartment. The landlord is great to deal with. Maintenance is always quick and helpful. I have not had any issues since I moved here.

The Best Management

We appreciate the help & assistance with the Property Mananger, Jack in securing a unit at Brian Court Apartment for our daughter who relocated to the mainland. Jack was very friendly, patient, & accommodating thoughout time of occupancy. Brian Court is a quiet & convient location for work & shopping. Thank you so much, Jack. The Owens.
