Amazing experience so far. Staff is helpful, apartment is beautiful. The unit itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and quality finishes. The amenities are a huge plus — I especially love the fitness center and the quiet, well-maintained common areas. The management team is incredibly responsive and professional, always quick to address any questions or maintenance needs. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, with... shops, restaurants, and public transport all nearby. I’m genuinely happy to call this place home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

Apartments are clean and walls are well insulated. Maintenance does a great job keeping the building clean. White Loop stop right outside apartment makes commuting to campus ideal. Overall good experience.

My apartment is great. Price is very fair. Sometimes stuff breaks, but someone is always here to fix it promptly after the request is placed, so it’s not a problem. Location is a little out of the way, but the white loop stop being right here makes up for that.

Very good experience, maintenance is friendly and quick. The front office always has fun things planned for residents, the study room is nice, the gym gets the job done, and rooms are big. Great place to live for the price overall
