DO NOT MOVE HERE
As a resident I can firmly say, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been working to get out as soon as possible.
The smell is disgusting, all I can smell in my apartment is litterboxes and cigarette smoke, and I neither have a cat nor do I smoke.
It is never quiet, there is never a moment of peace.
Maintenance is never responsive. They only show up 24 hours after any emergency, and the service is terrible. I have had the exact same problem with my AC every summer and they just ignore it.
On top of all... this, they just ripped down all of the remaining trees providing shade for half the neighborhood.
This place sucks, you will regret living here. I do.

Pine Woods Apartments
2 Bd. 1 bth. Nice place to live! Washer and Dryer inside apartment! Kitchen is a little bigger than former residence! Clean and back patio included! Close to Collegeville, Limerick, Sanatoga, and Phoenixville-PA! Not far from King of Prussia, Pa.
