Bad experience receiving back security deposit
I am having a bad experience with the rental office staff right now. I have moved out over 30 days ago and still have not received my security deposit back, although the rental office manager signed off on my key form indicating no damages and that I am supposed to receive the refund. They have told me multiple times that the check has been sent, but I have not received it. I know it has not been sent because I have USPS Informed Delivery, which emails me a scan of every mail piece to be... delivered to my new address, and a letter from Yardley Crossing or its parent company has definitely not been attempted for delivery. I will be filing a business complaint with the Bucks County Consumer Protection office if this is not resolved soon.
