Overall this is a great place to live in. I have been here for over 2 years. Great maintenance and office staff! I only wish the walls and ceilings were thicker.

I am just about to complete my first year living at Renew Western Cranston. I have nothing but compliments for the staff, the grounds, and my apartment. Residents are always their number 1 priority!

We’ve lived here for a month so far… and no complaints. Our apartment is very cozy. The fireplace is a great feature to have. I was afraid of noise issues because they told us there is no sound proofing between units, but so far we have not heard any of our neighbors. We signed a 10 month lease just in case we didn’t like the apartment, but I’d be happy to stay longer. Plenty of amenities onsite plus a great neighborhood right outside of the complex for walking/running.
