We are looking for a maximum of three tenants who understand that this is a historic home built in 1896, and who will treat the apartment and property with respect. We want our tenants to feel comfortable living here, and to feel comfortable communicating with us in a respectful way if/when they need anything.

If tenants have skills in construction, landscaping, gardening, or carpentry, we are open to exchanging work for reduced monthly rent. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
