Walden Oaks is the place to set down roots! A great place to live and experience all that Anderson has to offer, right at your fingertips. Close to all the shops, stores, restaurants, and more. Walden Oaks is more than a complex....it's home!

My experience has been good and the complex is quiet and safe. The apartment is nice and upgraded with granite countertops and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The patio is nice and extra storage space. The only issue we have is the ongoing mold and mildew in the secondary bathroom that won’t get addressed properly as maintenance keeps painting over it with white paint instead of fixing the real issue. Overall we have had a great experience living here and the grounds kept very nice.

Good place to stay, it is a perfect location to reside because it is so close to many different restaurants and stores in town , especially the mall

The new management has worked extremely well. It’s a great place to live and feel safe! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Even though it’s close to Clemson Blvd you never hear the commotion from the highway.

The amenities and apartments are very nice, spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good place to stay.
