Do not wast your time

Save your time and money. This place looks pretty much the same as it does in pictures, that’s not the issue. The issue is we’ve only lived here for 3 months and the cops have already been in apartments next to us twice, the fire department has been here a total of 5 times. We have had multiple solicitors waiting at our door, debt collectors from previous tenants coming weekly, and to top that all off they let kids smoke weed in the laundry room at all hours of the day. The whole place reeks of... weed and there is tobacco all over the laundry room from kids rolling blunts. It’s ridiculous. Sadly we signed a 12 month lease (moved from out of state) because shorter leases were way more expensive. I can not wait to move out.

So Ashley Oaks went up on rent but the apartments still look the same since 2000. Upgrade please!!!

winderful place

I am sending this review because I do love where I live have been here 2 years and just renewed my lease Ashley Oaks is a wonderful place to live and maintenance is available 24 hours along with security and office staff is very friendly and will work with you.

satifying

what I like about my building is the quietness and privacy. I can walk out of my apartment and the marsh from the river and 526 is so close it makes you feel like your in the country where I am from Wadmalaw Isl. I appreciate the friendly neighbors I live on the second floor. taking packages up the step is really hard but my neighbors jump right in to help me take my bags up the steps. When I injured my knee I was on crutches three months they were a blessing even my landlord was there to help... checking on me everyday. We have pets also and they are so friendly you never see any pet waste anywhere. your only minutes away from restaurants and malls That's why I love my apartment building
