How anyone gives this place more than 1 star is beyond me
I NEVER write reviews. I usually figure "Why do I care what the next person experiences once I'm not living there?" Well, this place changed my heart. When my wife and young son moved in, the first month's rent was prepaid. For 3 weeks they sent every threatening letter you could think of stating we were about to be evicted. This was even after I went to the office more than once and showed them the confirmation email. I finally had to threaten legal action to get them to stop. So for one... , they don't track records very well. If that were the only thing, I'd say no biggie. But this place is crawling with the lowest forms of human life you can imagine. I've called the police at least a half a dozen times for everything from fighting, shooting LOUD fireworks right outside our windows, drugs, and people having parties that last all night and day. At least 90% of the people who live here are Mexican/Latino and they apparently have at least 10 people living in the apartment across from us. No, I'm not racist. But when you have neighbors that have changed 3 times in one year and back to the original family, have suddenly pulled out all their furniture, thrown it on trucks and left and returned with a new family 3 days later, you have to wonder what the hell is going on. We've killed so many cockroaches, we finally bought kid friendly insecticide and use it ourselves to try and create a "barrier" from our apt to others. The trash area is so disgusting that it makes you ashamed to even walk into your apt here. They've got "This area under 24 hours surveillance" signs up, but nothing is ever done. The final thing is our upstairs neighbors have two dogs and due to the shabby upgrades on our apt, you can literally hear them cough, walk or do anything. Our kid is constantly getting woke up because of this. Our apt looked "okay" when we got it because they had given us the "upgraded" version that was supposed to be part of this new wave of construction. Once we moved in, it was apparent that all the upgrades are terribly done - paint peeling, missing molding, and there's a "slime" that oozes out of all the bathroom fixtures where they meet the sink and tub. I honestly don't know how anyone lives here. If you're poor, illegal, or on crack, this is the best home you'll ever have.

Good afternoon,We are so sorry to hear about what you and your family have been going through. Your wife just stopped by and I spoke with her regarding your concerns. I explained to her that we had no idea any of that was occurring and we would do... everything in our power to correct these issues. We wish we would have known sooner and will be speaking with your neighbors regarding the smoking in the building, noise and the grilling directly in front of the breezeways. Pest control will be sent out to treat your apartment this week on Wednesday. I will also have them treat the breezeways and exterior of your building as well. If you continue to have pest issues we can put you on weekly or biweekly for service just please let me know. You are correct that trash has been a struggle. I had cameras installed by the dumpsters months ago and have been fining all that are caught illegally dumping trash around the dumpsters and not inside. Also, I ordered in December additional pick ups now 4x weekly trying to keep dumpsters cleared so that trash will not be thrown around or in front of the dumpsters.I also like to thank you for your community pride. We appreciate our valued residents and want them to be comfortable in their homes. We appreciate you taking the time to report suspicious activity.I can be reached at bradleysqmgr@hrpliving.com if would like to meet or have any questions.Best regards,Kim, Community Manager
